Each Millboard is made from a blend of reclaimed materials bonded with a hybrid polyurethane polymer and fibres for strength and durability. The Lastane™ surface of the finished Millboard is durable, resilient, anti slip and highly resistant to scratching and stains. It also provides a tough, algae-repellent surface which greatly enhances the slip resistance in wet conditions, providing possibly the safest natural looking "non timber" decking board available.
Millboard's are made using a blend of recycled materials that makes use of hard-to-use waste and reclaimed natural minerals. The manufacture helps to conserve the Earth's resources as well as reducing landfill and helping the conservation of mature hardwood forests.
